Comedian and social media harbinger Celeste Barber has made some controversial headlines once again, this time taking on the streaming beast that is Netflix.

Barber’s show Wellmania ran for one season on the platform before – in true Netflix fashion – being cancelled before a second season could be confirmed.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast she’s obviously dejected by the decision.

“She seems like she’s disappointed and deflated, which is not unreasonable; she’s very proud of her work and she co-created the show,” Mr Ford said.
