The Coalition’s new housing policy includes a two-year ban on foreigners buying existing homes.
David Littleproud, Leader of the Federal Nationals, explains to 6PR’s Gary Adshead how the ban will benefit the housing crisis.

“We need to give time, to give Australians a chance to buy a home,” he said.

Trent Fleskens, Managing Director of Strategic Property Group, suggests the ban does have merit, but exemptions will be needed.
