The Fremantle Council has backflipped on its plan not to hold a citizenship ceremony on Australia Day next year.
Mayor Brad Pettitt has told Gary Adshead, he will personally preside over a citizenship ceremony on Australia Day next year, after pressure from the Federal Government.
