All-star cast begins shooting in York for adaptation of Silvey bestseller

The Long Lunch

Craig Silvey’s best-selling novel RUNT is being made into a feature film in Western Australia with an incredible Australian cast.

Starring Jai Courtney (“Jack Reacher,” “Divergent,” “Suicide Squad”), Celeste Barber (“Wellmania,” “The Letdown”), Deborah Mailman (“Sapphires,” “Total Control”), Matt Day and Jack Thompson (“Breaker Morant,” “The Man from Snowy River,” “Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones”) the WA production has begun shooting in the regional town of York.

Silvey joined Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR’s Afternoons and revealed all the details about the upcoming shoot.
