Former Perth Orioles player and current West Coast Fever coach, Stacey Marinkovich has been named the national netball coach.

Marinkovich took the Fever to their first finals appearance in her first year of coaching back in 2015, now Netball Australia are hoping she has the same success as Head Coach of the Australian Diamonds.

“You don’t take, or accept, a position like this without understanding the full responsibility that you’re about to embark on; there’s no second place in netball, it’s always about the win,” Marinkovich told 6PR Breakfast.
