Small business owner puts Clive Palmer on notice

Phillip O’Neill from Aussie Lawn Professionals has thrown out a warning to Clive Palmer, threatening to start a class action to recover any losses of income due to his actions if the borders reopen.
Publishing a notice in the paper, Phillip is confident that Clive will back down.
