A man who took on a wheel-clamping company after he was clamped in his own apartment complex in the city has been victorious in court.

Crispin Rovere launched legal action against AutoClamp last year – after his car was clamped and later towed – despite being parked in his own complex.

He’s told Gareth Parker on Mornings the court has ruled well and truly in his favour with the subsequent towing of his car found to be unlawful.
