Blending live performance with raw, hilarious storytelling, Choirboys are taking audiences on a nostalgic trip through the golden era of Australian pub rock.

Choirboys frontman Mark Gable told 6PR Long Lunch host Tod Johnston about the band’s journey and the enduring legacy of their massive hit, “Run to Paradise”.

Speaking about how the track evolved, Gable said it took on a life of its own.

“It was like having a runaway child that ran away and it had nothing to do with us anymore … It doesn’t belong to us”, Gable said.
