Speaking with 6PR’s Long Lunch host Tod Johnston, Hewitson recounts the challenges of bringing cooking to television.

“One of the top executives said cooking will never work on prime-time television, I think he’s the cleaner now. You think about it in the latter years, Channel Ten did bugger all apart from cooking,” he said.
