Brett Garsed, longtime guitarist for John Farnham, has reflected on his experience working with the singer.

Speaking to 6PR’s Long Lunch host Tod Johnston, Garsed described the opportunity of working alongside him as an “absolute gift”.

“I can’t even describe to you what an absolute gift it was to meet John and for him to invite me to be part of his career. The lovely thing was I worked with John before he’d even done Whispering Jack, he was still in Little River Band at the time … Even when we were doing the album … It just blew up in a way that it was a shock to everyone,” he said.
