Education at risk due to ageing infrastructure at WA schools
The Principals’ Federation of Western Australia is concerned that quality of education is at risk due to deteriorating buildings, inadequate wiring and ageing toilets.

Speaking to 6PR Mornings host Chrissy Morrissy, president Kya Reeves said that 50-year-old classrooms are riddled with issues.
“The schools are older, we have a number of schools that are over 50 years of age that have had very small amounts of upgrading done to them. Wiring systems that can’t possibly be coping very well with the amount of technology and use that requires access to wiring to support that,” she said.
