Kelpies for Kids is hosting the inaugural Brave Bush Kid Muster for sick regional children who are forced to stay for long stretches in the city for treatment.

Kelpies for Kids founder and chair Kate Willcocks told 6PR Mornings host Chrissy Morrissy that 150 volunteers are giving their time to help bring the country to the city.

“There is a lot of animals that the kids miss, but it’s also their mates and their community as well, which is what we’re hoping to replicate”, she said.
