Former Dean of Perth Anglican Cathedral Richard Pengelly told 6PR Mornings host Simon Beaumont that he understands why the discussion has arisen, but cautions against making rash decisions.

“We’re a democracy and we should go with what the majority want but be very careful about pulling things away and throwing the baby out with the bath water”, he said.
