YIMBY’s – which stands for Yes In My Backyard – have become a movement and the group has recently formed in Perth, saying “yes” to more high-density housing in Perth’s inner suburbs instead of “no”.

Subiaco-Shenton Park YIMBY founder Emily Williams spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Russell Collett and said the group only formed a week ago but the idea had been around for lot longer to bring more diversity to housing options in Perth.
