The WA opposition is calling on the State government to extend its rent relief program until at least the end of the financial year.

Shadow Minister for Housing and Homelessness David Bolt spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said the program was intended for those who fell behind in rent and couldn’t catch up, offering a one-off $5000 which has helped 3700 people since its 2023 launch.
