The AFL world and West Coast Eagles family have been rocked by the tragic loss of the Selwood twins.

Will Schofield’s life has been intertwined with the Selwoods since playing his first game with Adam Selwood in 2007.

Perth Today host Simon Beaumont chats to Will about his friend Adam and the Selwood family.

“It’s been absolutely brutal,” he said.

Simon then spoke to Matthew Richardson — Tigers legend and ambassador for Hug a Mate — about men’s mental health, and how men often suffer in silence.

“Sometimes you know if somebody is struggling, but a lot of the time you don’t — so just ask the question: how are you going? Call your mates and just check in on them,” he said.
