Award-winning writer Tim Winton is one of Australia’s most celebrated authors.

Writing for both young and old, fiction and non-fiction, Winton spoke to 6PR Afternoons host Julie-anne Sprague about his life and magnificent career.

“The irony is that I’ve spent the entirety of my adult life living out the whim of a ten-year-old boy who didn’t know what he was talking about,” he said.
