An unlicensed car dealer who erased a combined total over 700,000 kilometres from the odometer readings of nine cars has been fined by the Perth Magistrates Court.

The Commissioner for Consumer Protection Trish Blake joined Gary Adshead to discuss the details, as well as how to protect yourself and be on the look out for odometer scams.
