Police expected to breath test 300,000 fewer drivers

Police Minister Michelle Roberts has told a budget estimates hearing that police are expected to breath test nearly 300,000 fewer drivers this year because of budget restraints. Shadow Police Minister Peter Katsambanis told Oliver Peterson it sends a bad message to drivers.
