For much loved Chef and Food Writer Sophie Zalokar “right place right time” meant living and working  in one of the most beautiful places on the edge of the world… Norway.

On Weekends Sophie told Jamie how following a hero on Instagram led to a dream opportunity of working at a boutique family run hotel and restaurant; Holmen Lofoten. 

The “kitchen on the edge of the world” is nestled between mountains and sea in Norway’s Lofoten Islands.
