30,000kg of WA nectarines dumped

A Perth Hills fruit grower has dumped 30,000 kilograms of nectarines on his Roleystone property.
The Hills Orchard Improvement Group claims the stock has gone to waste due to a big chain supermarket importing eastern states product.
The Group’s spokesman Brett Delsimone told Gary Adshead’s 6PR Morning Program, that retail giants are turning their backs on local producers.
