Three in four Australian tradies have suffered from work-related aches and pains in the past year, a statistic that has fueled advice to stretch before you work.

Occupational therapist Dave Hall told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast a new study shows labourers often find out the hard way how physical work can affect their health.

“They think about a million other things before they think about the number one thing, which is their own health and wellbeing,” he said.
