The ACCC is suing Coles and Woolworths, alleging the discounts promoted are ‘misleading.’

Greens Senator Nick McKim spoke to 6PR Morning host Gary Adshead about the accusations against the supermarket duopoly. 

‘There is no doubt that what the ACCC is effectively alleging here is price gouging,’ he said.
