The Federal Health Minister believes Australia’s Medicare system is not working and needs an overhaul.
The Minister believes more funding needs to go into the system which is putting lives at risk.
Deputy Director of Health Consumers’ Council Clare Mullen told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live Medicare has been failing for a long time.
“We need a tailored health system for Western Australia,” said Ms Mullen.
