The family of John Farnham have made a public statement five weeks following his discharge from hospital, saying he has recovered but still faces ongoing issues amongst rumours of another health scare.

The 73-year-old came down with an infection in March which lead to another hospitalisation following his mouth cancer operation last year.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl the statement is likely an attempt to clear the air on Farnham’s ongoing state of health.

“They’re not saying there’s been some miracle cure and everything’s fabulous again… If there’s something serious, they’ll let you know,” Mr Ford said.
