A Productivity Commission report has found Australia’s education system has failed to improve student learning over the last five years.

Director of Education Studies at the Centre for Independent Studies Glenn Fahey told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live Australia’s education system is falling behind.

“We’ve got yet another failure,” said Mr Fahey.

“We’ve not ensured that more children reach the basic minimum standard.”
