When it comes to luxury beach houses, Los Angeles and the Bahamas are some of the first places which come to mind.

In Malibu, one beach house is on the market for $82.5 million, but you don’t have to be a billionaire to have a beach house.

Real Estate agent Paul Niradone told 6PR Breakfast you don’t have to go far to find some of the best beaches in the world.

“The best beaches are here in Australia… and in particular Western Australia,” said Mr Niradone.
