One thousand kilometres north of Perth, a slice of paradise is up for sale, and Jarrad O’Rourke from O’Rourke Realty Investments has been tasked with selling the 80,000-hectare property.

O’Rourke told 6PR Drive host Jamie Burnett that this unique location needs a unique buyer. With great snorkelling, fishing and some of the best surf breaks in the world, this rare opportunity is set in a harsh, untouched environment.

“Thousands, upon thousands, upon thousands of enquiries and of interest and people telling me they’re going to buy it, but filtering through the dreamers and the wish listers”, he said.**

Paul Richardson became the owner of Gnaraloo Station 20 years ago, recognising the endless possibilities. Now, he has decided to return to Ireland to help support his ageing parents. He reflected on the process of selling the unique location.

“The more that I do it the more I think, why am I leaving?”, he said.
