Tom Percy KC joined Perth Today to discuss the rising smoking rates in Western Australia, with the Premier Roger Cook, suggesting migration could be playing a massive part.

“We do allow a lot of people these days who come from jurisdictions where anti-smoking campaign, which we’ve had here, isn’t a part of their upbringing, “Percy said on Perth Today. 

“A lot of people now can afford to smoke, when they haven’t been able to afford to smoke for 6 or 7 years.”
