Adelaide’s Greek community  is behind a push for the South Australian capital to join with Athens as a “sister city”, a fact that may have riled up our own Lord Mayor.

Millsy and Karl asked Basil Zempilas on 6PR Breakfast why Adelaide’s Greek expatriates have been so forthright with claiming the Greek capital as their own sibling.

“Surely they’re trying to wind me up across there at Adelaide,” Mr Zempilas said.

“Talk about going after a bloke in his most vulnerable areas!”
