A long-term study on the accuracy of predictions made by psychics found that they were right only around 11 per cent of the time.

The study looked at around 3800 predictions from over 200 psychics over a period of 12 years.

Australian Skeptics CEO Tim Mendham said they were divided into categories.

“We divided them up between correct, straight out wrong, expected, vague and unknown,” he said on 6PR Afternoons.
