American wellness brand and phenomenon StretchLab has made it to Perth, offering one-on-one tailored stretching sessions designed specifically for your body.

StretchLab has studios in Claremont, Highgate and South Perth and owner Freddy Hollow told Millsy at Midday host Steve Mills the concept aimed to help people train the way their muscles work and respond through customised one-on-one sessions.

“You come in, we talk through what you’re going to do and essentially you get a full body stretch,” he told Mills.

“We work through any pain points that you have and customise stretching based on areas you want to work on.”
