Questions continue to surround the eviction of Wayne Carey from Crown Perth on Thursday night and subsequent ban after the Herald Sun reported a “bag of white powder” the AFL star claims were painkillers fell from his pocket on the gaming floor.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford and 6PR Breakfast host Gareth Parker discussed the incident and subsequent actions from security at the casino complex, which reportedly refused the bag when it was offered to them by Carey, who The Age reported on Tuesday was exploring legal options.

“If I had a bag of crushed up Nurofen I’d say ‘mate take it, analyse it, then get back to me with an apology’,” Ford told Parker.
