WA Police were forced to arrest 16 protesters at Langley Park on Wednesday evening, while issuing 33 move-on notices, after a demonstration that began on Tuesday night.

About 50 protesters camped the night along the foreshore park, with a heavy police presence there the following day to monitor the anti-vaccination and COVID-19 mandate protesters.

Police arrested 16 people for either a breach of their move-on notice or failing to provide identifying particulars.

Reporter Jake Battrick told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast today that Langley Park was completely empty on Thursday morning.
