The 40th anniversary of the Australian Financial Review Rich List has seen some big changes in the list of luminaries who have the most pocket change in our country.

AFR‘s Rich List editor Michael Bailey told Millsy and Mick on 6PR Breakfast WA has once again dominated the list thanks to the mining sector.

“We live in a pretty globalised world and some of the software people on the list are based in Sydney,” Mr Bailey said.

“Perth is holding holding it’s own as always and obviously has the top two spots this year.”
