There is a major shortage of pediatricians in Western Australia, having a considerable impact on the mental health and development of children.

ADHD WA board member Catherine Natale told 6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead the shortage is having a ripple effect on society.

“You’ve got a lot of mental health strain on families and on society,” said Ms Natale.
