Western Australia is aiming to claim an unprecedented six peat in domestic cricket when the Sheffield Shield final gets underway at the WACA against Victoria tomorrow.

WA has won back-to-back One-Day-Cups, consecutive Big Bash Grand Finals and is now chasing a second straight Shield triumph.

Josh Phillippe told Adam Papalia on WWOS  his side is full of confidence.

“There’s a lot of confidence among the group,” said Phillippe.

“Our last few years have been pretty exceptional.”
