Homeowners with bores have told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast they are not happy with plans to change the roster from three days to two.

WA Turf Industry executive officer and Green Space Alliance spokesperson Eva Ricci said turf would suffer if bore use was cut, after draft plans were recently released by the McGowan government.

“You drive through Perth right now, [there are] street after street of dying areas,” Ms Ricci said.

“Perth can burn you know.”
