WA town bans energy drinks for under 18s to combat poor mental health

The South West town of Bridgetown has banned people under 18 from purchasing energy drinks.
The four-month trial aims to combat the damage energy drinks have on poor mental health and anti-social behaviour.
Senior Researcher at the Telethon Kids’ Institute, Justine Howard, told Gary Adshead retailers in Bridgetown have voluntarily agreed to the study.
