However WA researchers have found hat hitting the gym is more efficient to improving golfing performance.

Dr Chris Joyce, head of discipline in exercise and sport science at the University of Notre Dame, told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast the research related to older players suffering from age-related aches and pains.
