Former driving instructor and Department of Transport assessor Mark Gibson told 6PR Drive host Mark Doran that driving instructors share the blame for the low pass rate.

“I think a lot of it’s to blame with driving instructors at the moment. They’re just not pulling their weight. They’re presenting young drivers to the Department of Transport without the right tools to pass that test”, Gibson said.
