Dozens of pubs across Western Australia are doing their bit for the Kimberley flood crisis with a fundraiser off the back of the classic chicken dish.

Liz Bold, ALH Group state manager, told Jo McManus on 6PR Afternoons, that 27 ALH hotels will be donating $2 from every chicken parmigiana sold between January 6th and 15th to the Lord Mayor’s Distress Relief Fund.

“Late last week a few of our senior people got together and said I think we should do a bit more, looking at the footprint of where our hotels are placed, we cover a big part of WA so we thought what can we do that every party can take part in,” Mr Bold said.
