Cancer Council WA is urging Landgate to open Phase Two of the strata law review, warning that continued delays are putting West Australians’ health at risk from smoke and vape drift.

Melissa Ledger, Cancer Council WA Cancer Prevention and Research Director, explained to 6PR Drive host Jamie Burnett that residents currently have no law to stop smoke drift in strata.

“Second-hand smoke is more than just an annoyance or a nuisance, it is harmful,” she said.
