New data shows Western Australians are facing shorter ambulance wait times than anywhere else in the country.

A Productivity Commission report into Government Services shows St John WA recorded the quickest priority one response times in Australia in the last financial year, at an average of 9.6 minutes.

St John WA chief executive Kevin Brown told Perth Live host Oliver Peterson a big part of the improvement’s come from community feedback.
