Graham Little has been volunteering in various roles for most of his life.

From coaching a local footy side as a teenager, to a role with the rural bushfire responders, and driving cancer patients to their appointments, Graham has done it all.

He now writes thank you cards on behalf of the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.

Oliver Peterson spoke with Graham ahead of International Volunteer Day on Sunday.

Graham says there is a volunteering opportunity out there for everyone, regardless of age and abiliites.
