Unvaccinated people not welcome at Skyworks

Listener Victor told Perth Live’s Word on the Street yesterday that COVID marshals will be checking proof of vaccination at the annual Australia Day Skyworks.
City of Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas revealed today there will be 80 COVID marshals present at this year’s event.
“The advice is that the people who attend the Skyworks this year may well be asked for proof of vaccination, they’ll need to provide that with ID and if they don’t, then it becomes a matter for WA Police to handle,” Zempilas told Perth Live this afternoon.
