Ian Campbell, Chairman of the Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation, explained to Gary how some disgruntled locals are denying the hospice access to a small patch of land, which will slow construction by months and cost over $2 million in extra expenditure.

“It is a waste of $2 million, which could be going to look after kids,” he said.
