Two years after Cyclone Seroja ripped through Western Australia’s Mid West, locals are still reeling from the damage.

Tourist numbers have dropped, still not at pre-cyclone levels and there is still government-funded infrastructure that needs to be rebuilt.

Kalbarri Visitor Centre manager Natalie Moir told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live people need to support the town.

“Kalbarri is ready to go… everything is open,” said Ms Moir.

“It is not a town of destruction.”
