Two men behind bars after wild police chase in Perth’s south

Two men have been arrested and face a string of charges after a wild police chase through Perth’s south that lasted almost an hour on Tuesday.
It started just after midday on the Kwinana Freeway near Canning Highway when Police sighted the Volkswagen Amarok that had been reported as stolen.
It travelled on to Roe Highway when a male passenger exited the vehicle near Nicholson road.
He was taken into custody.
The Volkswagen then returned to the Freeway South, eventually ending up on the Tonkin Highway where he was boxed in on a bike path just before 1pm.
