Both Queensland AFL games scheduled for this week have been postponed due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred.

Thursday’s season opener between Brisbane Lions and Geelong at the Gabba and Saturday’s Gold Coast and Essendon clash have been called off due to safety concerns.
